Profil Sonografis Cholelithiasis pada Pemeriksaan Ultrasonografi Abdomen di RS Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang: Seri Kasus

Cholelithiasis merupakan salah satu kelainan hepatobilier yang paling sering ditemukan pada praktik klinis, dengan ultrasonografi (USG) abdomen sebagai modalitas lini pertama dalam evaluasi awal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik sonografis cholelithiasis pada pemeriksaan USG abdomen di Instalasi Radiologi Rumah Sakit Siloam Sriwijaya Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan seri kasus yang melibatkan sepuluh pasien (n = 10) dengan temuan cholelithiasis pada pemeriksaan USG abdomen selama periode Mei–Juni 2025. Data yang dianalisis mencakup citra sonografis dan laporan radiologi yang telah tervalidasi secara klinis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variasi pola sonografis berupa fokus hyperechoic intraluminal, posterior acoustic shadowing, variasi ukuran batu antara 6,4 mm hingga ±1,57 cm, serta temuan impaksi batu pada gallbladder neck. Enam pasien menunjukkan batu tunggal dan empat pasien menunjukkan batu multipel. Temuan ini konsisten dengan karakteristik sonografis cholelithiasis dalam literatur radiologi dan menegaskan peran USG abdomen sebagai modalitas utama dalam deteksi batu kandung empedu. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran profil sonografis cholelithiasis pada tingkat fasilitas pelayanan radiologi dan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi evaluasi diagnostik serta praktik pelaporan radiologi yang lebih terstruktur.
