Journal of Health Law (JHL) is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by CV.Q2 LANTERA ILMIAH INSTITUT.
JHL aims to publish high-quality research manuscripts and conceptual analyses that examine specific legal fields, such as Health Law, Medical Law, Midwifery Law, Nursing Law, Hospital Law, Pharmaceutical Law, Public Health Law, Health Ethics, International Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence, State Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Customary Law, Legal Philosophy, Fundamental Law, Legal Theory, Comparative Law, and Human Rights Issues.
JHL accepts submissions, and articles submitted must be original and not previously published elsewhere. For plagiarism screening, the JHL Editorial Board will screen for plagiarism using the Turnitin program. If any indication of plagiarism (above 25%) is found, the editorial board will automatically reject the manuscript.
